Q. How can we provide this level of service for so much less than others?
A. The answer is that we do the work ourselves.
Most hearing centers don't have the staff to repair their own hearing aids. They take them from you and then send them back to the original manufacturer or to an all-make hearing aid repair facility similar to ours. The turn around time for a normal repair (including shipping time) can take up to 2 to 3 weeks. At Manan, our average turn around time is 3 to 4 days.

If you don't live near one of our hearing centers and would like to mail your hearing aid in for repair, please place it in a crush proof container, such as a pill or vitamin bottle, then put the crush proof container in a shipping box and ship it to:

If you mail your hearing aid for repair to us, we highly recommend that you send it to us insured & signature required. Also include in the package your phone number and return address. We will call you with an estimate and get your authorization prior to repairing your hearing aid.
